Eastwinds International Group (EIG) serves as the sponsor and parent entity. Eastwinds Capital, LLC acts as the General Partner and Master Developer, managing a portfolio of legally independent companies united by a shared vision of sustainable development in emerging markets.
VoltaGreenCT Development Fund
A visionary mixed-use master-planned community spanning 30,000+ acres in the Volta Region of Ghana. VoltaGreenCT will be a sustainable smart city integrating residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, and renewable energy components—designed to house over 400,000 residents and create more than 150,000 construction jobs and 50,000+ permanent positions.
Volta Power Company
A planned Independent Power Producer (IPP) to be formed as a public-private partnership. Volta Power Company will own, develop, and operate utility-scale solar power plants and offshore wind energy facilities (650–1,000 MW), feeding clean energy into a smart grid serving VoltaGreenCT and the surrounding region, with surplus sold to the national grid.
Volta Water Company
A planned water utility company that will provide potable water supply, treatment, and distribution services for VoltaGreenCT and surrounding communities. The company will develop and operate a modern water desalination and treatment plant, ensuring reliable, clean water infrastructure as a foundational utility for the master-planned community.
VGCT Data Center Company
A planned data center company that will develop and operate enterprise-grade data center facilities within the VoltaGreenCT Technology Park Free Zone. Powered by clean energy from Volta Power Company, the data center will serve the digital infrastructure needs of VoltaGreenCT's residents, businesses, and the broader West African market.
Aircrete Building Systems
A building materials venture focused on Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) technology—a lightweight, fire-resistant, thermally insulating, and environmentally sustainable construction material. Aircrete will manufacture and supply AAC blocks and panels for VoltaGreenCT and the broader Ghanaian construction market, introducing world-class green building standards to West Africa.
